The latest round of grants takes the total disbursed by Penguins Against Cancer to:
£750,000
The recent funds generated by the Penguin Peloton are not sitting idle, grants have already been made to St. Luke's Hospice, The Urology Foundation, Pancreatic Cancer UK.
This is only possible through the generosity of PAC supporters and we thank you all.
This is a milestone on our journey as the 2013 mission statement reads "Penguins Against Cancer (PAC) is to raise £1 million in order to make a significant contribution to the fight against cancer."
In 2026 there will be 6 research awards granted, in addition to the grants to those involved in raising the awareness of cancer, cancer research, cancer treatment and hospices.
