"Penguins Against Cancer is a charity set up on 6th Nov 2013 simply to combat cancer."
The latest £5,000 grant to the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity has taken the total to £671,000 disbursed on the 12th anniversary of Penguins Against Cancer.
The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity has also provided on the 6th November 2025 an update on how a grant from 2024 has been used:
"Thank you very much to Penguins Against Cancer for the support you have provided to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. Your generous donation has enabled us to support the Research Fellow whose research focuses on melanoma immunotherapy. This research has the potential to change the lives of those affected by irAEs by predicting which patients are likely to experience these side effects and finding better ways to prevent or treat them.
