Fergus Scholefield Paediatric Cancer Research Award 2025

We were delighted to inform the Institute of Cancer Research that their application, for a £5,000 grant to support a research project (Generation of antibody against PAX3::FOXO1, the main oncogenic driver of fusion-positive Rhabdomyosarcoma), to the Penguins Against Cancer (PAC) Fergus Scholefield Paediatric Cancer Research Award 2025 was successful.
The application from Dr Ewa Aladowicz was both of high quality and fully fitted the PAC brief.
This takes our total of grants disbursed to £679,000.
